My Adventures: As of May '09

The first week of May my Great, Great Grandmother passed away. I was really sad. Two weeks later we drove up to California for her funeral. It was Held at Rose Hills Cemetery on May 15, 2009. The Great Grand children sang A Child's Prayer. The Grandchildren read what they wrote down in her book we published for her 90th Birthday. The first week of June We went up to girls camp and saw Sister Elayne Dalton, the Young Womens General president. I got to talk to her and it was really special. We had fun Snipe Hunting, getting a visit from Aunt Maggie and roasting marshmallows! The week after Girls Camp I started to learn how to play the Cello. I took lessons from Ms. Bird at Mountain Ridge Junior High. While I was taking lessons my cousins Savannah and McCall came down for a visit. We had fun playing tennis, taking my dog Sadie on walks, jogging, and playing Guitar Hero. We played Through the Fire and Flames on expert. McCall and Jamo had the highest scores! It was awesome. I continued with my Cello and then Summer Strings was over. I am still playing though. The week after my Cello was done, I went to a tennis camp at Ivory Ridge. Then Just last Thursday I went up to Bear lake and got a major tan :). Then this coming Thursday, Savannah and McCall are coming up to Utah and we are driving down to Newport Beach, California. On Thursday we get to St. George and see Annie at the Tuacahn Theater. Then Friday we leave St. George and head to California. We are staying in the same beach house from when we went 3G's funeral. That Tuesday, we are going to an MLB game. We are seeing the Angels play at Angel Stadium. We then might drive up the coast to Malibu to see if we can find any movie stars! We also will definitely go to the beach. Then on that Saturday we drive up to San Francisco and stay there a night, then we drive to Winnemucka, Nevada and stay there a night :(, then we drive to McCall, Idaho and go to Savannah and McCalls cabin right on the lake :). I'm going to be gone for a total of 2 weeks! Then the week after we get home I start Junior High :). Those are my adventures. Luv Ya!

Spring Break Fun

My spring break was off the hook! I had so much fun! on Thursday my cousins came and we had a party and watched Napoleon Dynamite! After I slept and came back over for Chokas Pancakes! Mmmmmm! We then got dressed and walked to smiths. We all got gum and soft serve ice cream! Then we played and had a sleepover. Too bad Ryan and Jared had to go home. We watched Napoleon Dynamite (again) and slept at my house. Brett and Ben were too late to stay over. We got up and went over for chokas waffles. We played in our club. Then we planned evil schemes to catch the easter bunny, but it didnt work out too well. We also played 5 rounds of ultimate spoons, my favorite game. On Sunday we woke up and had to wait for at least a half hour to get upstairs. We then got up the stairs and got to our candy! I was happy I could eat candy. We went to my church and went to primary. I had fun. Then we ate easter dinner! aug-rauten potatoes, ham, salad, rolls, and vegetables. We had easter cupcakes too :). We went to bed at Grandees house. On Monday, I went to tennis and saw Monsters Vrs. Aliens in 3D. We slept at my house (well at least the girls did) and made dolls. We woke up and made more dolls. Then I left for California! I was sad to go. I heared we missed the biggest snowball fight in the world and Goodwoods! Anyways I swam and I got ribs in California. So I had an Awesome Spring Break!

Jazz Game

Yesterday I went to a Jazz game with my dad. We were in a suite! It had loads of food and drinks. I mostly ate ice cream, guacamole, and salad. I drank mostly apple juice and water. It was yummy! When the Jazz were smoking hot in the first half, they came back and practically let the other team shoot. I was so mad! But then Deron Williams and Korver pulled off 3 3 pointers! I was excited! But then the Jazz went back to being poop on a log. Then finally came some action! We were tied with the T-Wolves 101-101. With 56 seconds on the clock, I prayed Williams or Korver would pull at least a few 3 pointers. Well, it didnt happen. The T-wolves scored 1 more point at 10 seconds then called a time out. After the time out, Jazz scored! I was so happy! But then I looked at the score. It was 102-103 and then, Jazz called a time out at 2 seconds! They came back and Deron almost made the winning shot (It happened to be a 3 pointer) and it bounced and bounced and slid off the rim, not into the hoop. Then all the Jazz fans started booing! I joined :) Hehe. Well, I had a great time. I got a Korver jersey. Igot him because 1. he scored 3 3 pionters 2. He's extremely cute! and 3. He didnt loose the game like Deron did. I wanted to get Deron, but I decided he made Utah cry (not really).

I Forgot!

I forgot my awesome and cutest cousin ever! Gracie! she always makes me smile! I love you Gacie!

Science Fair Bummer

On Friday the thirteenth(the cursed day) I won science fair for my school along with some other kids. I was so happy that day because I had just found out my awesome teacher Mrs. Gregory was having a baby. We were also having a party for valentines day and I was eating candy like crazy so i was excited and hyper. So I go home and have an awesome weekend, except for the strep throat of course. I came back Tuesday and had a fun day. I got to Thursday, then the news came down on me. I couldnt compete because I was growing mold and had to grow it in a high school science lab or an incubator. I was so sad, I almost cried, but I was tough and said I did an awesome job. Now I have a project for next year!

The Space Center

On Wednesday my class and I went to the space center in Pleasant Grove. We had such a fun time! We went on missions and pretended we were in space ships. The space ships were high tech rooms with computers and a control board. I was the engineer on the Pheonix ship. It was really hard because I had to fix everything! I used the computer to fix everything though. Aliens were blowing all parts of our ships! Our torpedo person named Logan shot at them and killed them before we died though :). I really liked that place! I am going to the space camp in the summer! I love the space center!

So i went to the doctors yesterday and I had strep throat plus a cold. I got pills and took one when i got them and one when I went to bed. So i wake up aroung 7:45am and my throat doesn't hurt, but i was caughing and sneezing like no other. I was also running a fever so i didnt go to school.
